At The Parks House, we believe that every veteran deserves a place to call home. Founded by Myrtise Parks, our mission is to provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for displaced veterans as they transition back into civilian life. Recognizing the unique challenges veterans face—including housing insecurity, employment barriers, and limited access to resources—The Parks House has partnered with Raphael Scott Group (RSG) to expand opportunities and offer long-term housing solutions.

Through RSG’s Second Chance Living Initiative, we help veterans who struggle to meet traditional rental criteria by securing affordable, permanent housing options after leaving transitional housing. With RSG’s expertise in property management, acquisitions, and grant funding, we are able to repurpose properties, reduce housing costs, and accelerate move-in times, ensuring veterans can quickly regain stability.
