The HOCE Foundation: Empowering the Future Through Education

Founded in October 2008 by Raphael Scott Sr., The HOCE Foundation was established with a deep commitment to improving education for underprivileged youth. Mr. Scott’s passion for education was shaped by his time at Goliath Academy, a Christian high school where the values of helping, educating, and motivating classmates were instilled in every student. Graduating at the top of his class in 2007, he understood firsthand the power of education in transforming lives.

The HOCE Foundation believes that every child, regardless of their background, deserves access to a quality education. Through scholarships, mentorship programs, and educational resources, the foundation provides students with the tools they need to succeed academically and personally.
